Steadier miside.wiki servers that hold only the data each page needs

We plan to make the site's servers use memory more carefully, so pages stay available and fast without the servers restarting under load.

Data every page uses, such as route lists and small indexes, stays ready in memory. Details that only one Mita, chapter or language page reads will be loaded when that page is opened, and a language's data will load when a page in that language is first shown instead of all languages at once.

Pages must open at least as fast as before, and what they show and where they live stays the same. Memory use and page speed will be measured before and after under the same traffic.
