Faster first page loads and quicker site updates after each game data change

We are working to make miside.wiki pages open quickly on the first visit and to rebuild the site faster whenever game data changes. Every page is cached until the next update.

The site already runs on the latest version of its web framework with current dependencies, and the existing checks and the main English, Russian and Arabic pages still work after the upgrade.

Next, we will time how long the largest page groups take to open, such as Mitas, dialogue, locations and achievements, then cut the biggest costs. Those include pages loading far more data than they show and work that can be done once ahead of time. Before and after timings will be compared so the gain is real.
