Ideas and fixes

Lighter pages that load search and preview card data once and reuse it across the site

We plan to keep every miside.wiki page small by loading shared data only once. The menu text for your language, the search index and the preview card details will each be fetched the first time you need them and then reused as you move between pages, instead of being packed into every single page. Search will still answer as you type, preview cards will still open when you hover or focus a name, and switching language will still keep you on the same page. The result should be faster page opens, especially on the second and later pages of a visit. Page sizes before and after the change will be measured to confirm it.

MiSide update news with dates, and a history of what each update changed

We plan a news section that reports each official MiSide update from AIHASTO with its date and what it changed, starting with update 0.93L, and links every Mita, minigame or save point it mentions. Entry pages will show a changed in link back to the update that affected them. Once a second version of the game has been captured, a list of the exact data differences between the two will appear as well. News articles carry real publication dates and an author and appear in the news feed. Changes to the site itself never appear as game news.

Report a wrong value, a bug or an idea from any page through the feedback portal

Report a wrong value or a bug, suggest something, or vote on what comes next through the feedback portal. The site footer links to it in every language, and each entry page has a report button just below its answer. That button opens the portal with the entry you were reading already attached, using its title and public address, so you do not have to describe which page you mean. Old feedback addresses on the site now forward to the portal. This works in all 34 languages, including right to left ones such as Arabic, without crowding the page. The update goes live with the next release. Carrying your site sign-in over to the portal comes with the new sign-in screen.

Release the fully checked version of miside.wiki to players, with a quick way back if needed

After the full end to end check, we plan to put that exact version live on miside.wiki. The public site currently runs an older version. The release will keep the secure address you use today and serve pages reliably. A return to the previous version will be tried once, so a broken release can be undone quickly. After going live, the home page, a Mita page and the other main player routes will be checked again on the public site to confirm they look and behave the same as in testing. Releases are on hold until the local checks are complete, so nothing half finished reaches players.

Site menus, buttons and cartridge cells that look and move like MiSide's own interface

Moving from the game to the site should feel familiar. We are studying MiSide's own menus, dialogue band, pill buttons, cartridge and gallery cells so the site can reuse their look, including how each one appears when normal, hovered, selected, locked, disabled or focused. The game's fonts and which text each one is used for are now identified for every language. The timing of menu, room arrow and speech bubble motion has been read from the game, so site animations can match it instead of guessing. Still open are the title, gallery and achievement screens seen while the game is running, and a few transitions whose timing has not been confirmed yet. Those will be checked in the game before the site copies them.

Research into which MiSide tasks need a tool, based on real player questions

Before adding any new tool to miside.wiki, we check what players actually ask for and what other MiSide sites already offer. We have read 100 MiSide threads from Reddit with more than a thousand replies, and compared ten other MiSide guide and wiki sites page by page. That research confirmed the mod directory, which already lets you filter mods by what they need, such as voice packs that depend on a model loader. No other tool has shown enough player need yet. Still to do is a look at the game's own ending, collection and achievement screens and at real save files, to judge ideas such as a save checker. Any tool that passes will get its own plan and guide.

A page for every outfit that says how to unlock it, with links to the minigame or event

Players asking how to get an outfit currently have to look elsewhere. We plan a page for each MiSide outfit that shows, at the top, the game's name and image for it and what unlocks it: the minigame to win, the event to reach, or that it is available from the start. Each page links to the minigame, achievement or Mita it names, and those pages link back. An outfits section will join the database side rail, with every outfit page available in each language. Preview cards will appear on outfit links once they exist across the site. A Mita is only shown with an outfit when the game itself makes that link.

Clean page titles and a game-styled scene picker on the map before the next release

Before the next release, every page of miside.wiki must pass our own style rules. The live site still shows long dashes in page titles on every page, such as the home page and Mita pages, and the map uses a plain browser dropdown for choosing a scene. Page titles are being rewritten in each language to read cleanly, and the map's scene picker is being replaced by the game-styled selector that keeps right to left layout, keyboard use and map history working. Game text itself is never edited to pass these rules. Each changed page will be checked in the browser on a full test version of the site before release.

Pages for chapters, save points, anomalies and locked content

We plan chapter pages that work as a walkthrough hub. Each chapter shows its location, the Mita you meet, the cartridges, documents and minigames found there, and its save points and anomalies, each linking to its own page and back. Save points and anomalies will also get their own pages and appear as markers on the map. Notes whose text or art the game contains will be readable. Content the game holds but locks away, such as the Peaceful Mode placeholder or unused minigame entries, is shown clearly as locked, with only what the game actually contains and nothing invented.

Site data rebuilt cleanly from the game files, so every page matches the same game version

Every Mita, chapter, cartridge, achievement and ending page on the site now comes from one clean rebuild of the game's data. Running that rebuild twice produces exactly the same pages, so nothing on the site drifts between updates or depends on a leftover copy. One earlier problem made chapter details on some achievements unreliable when a later step changed data an earlier step had already checked. The order is fixed, and the final checks now run on the finished data. Corrections to game data are kept separately from what comes out of the game files. Fresh game updates are picked up on a regular schedule instead of on every small patch.

Comments and screenshots from signed-in players on Mita, guide and news pages

We plan a place for players to talk to each other on miside.wiki. Signed-in players will be able to comment on a Mita, an ending, a guide or a news article, share screenshots from their own run, and keep a profile page listing their contributions and favorites. You can edit or delete anything you posted. Screenshots are limited to 10 MB each and 20 a day per player. Reported comments can be hidden, and comment text always shows as plain text. The site will never show invented activity or decorative counts. Reports of wrong data, bugs and suggestions for the site go through the feedback portal instead of comments.

Guides that answer what MiSide players ask, linked to every entry they mention

Players keep asking how to open the safe, reach each ending, find every cartridge and profile, or win a minigame. We plan guides that answer those questions from the game's own logic, with every Mita, cartridge, chapter or minigame they mention linked to its page, and each of those pages listing the guides that feature it. The existing hidden papers guide in English and Russian has already been corrected to use the right cartridge and profile terms and to drop an invented chapter label. A mod directory guide is drafted in four languages. New guides will be released one at a time every 12 to 24 hours, each with fitting game images and real dates, and none appears before its publish time.

Scene map with the game's own rooms and a page for every cartridge, profile and minigame spot

The map currently opens on a blank grid. We plan to show each scene with real room imagery from the game, drawn from its own scene assets, and pin every cartridge, profile and minigame where the game places it. - Each pin has its own page you can share, bookmark or find in search, and selecting it updates the address. - Pins link to their entries, and entries and locations link back to their spots. - Items whose exact spot the game does not record are listed on the location page instead of pinned at a guess. - Zooming is smooth with any mouse, trackpad or pinch, with a fullscreen mode and a scene switcher. The interactive map is for desktop and TV. On a phone, point pages show the location in words with links.

Related guides on a page always match the language you selected

When you read a Mita or other entry page, its featured in guides now appear only in the language you chose. A Russian page shows the Russian version of a guide, and its links lead back to the Russian entry. If a guide has no version in your language yet, such as on a Polish or Arabic page, the card is left out rather than dropping you into an English article, and an empty section is hidden too. The original English and Russian guide addresses still open directly, and Back and Forward keep your place. The related cards on entry pages were also tidied so they line up evenly at every screen width.

Every Mita, cartridge, achievement, minigame and place shown with the game's own picture

Each entry should show the exact picture MiSide uses for it, never a stock icon, a cropped sheet or an empty frame. Achievements, the arcade minigames, the gallery portraits, the full standing Mita art and the voice editor portraits of eight Mitas and the player now come straight from the game, shown at their natural size. We have also prepared the in-game books as readable page images, including their covers and spines, and drawn cutaway images of rooms from the game's own scenes. Still to come: a book reader, imagery for the remaining rooms, and portraits for the Mitas that only exist as 3D models. Where the game has no picture for something, the page simply shows none.

MiSide wiki pages that show up when you search for Mitas, endings or cartridges in any language

We plan to help players find miside.wiki from search engines in every language the game supports. The site map will be submitted to the major search engines, and changed pages will be announced after each update so new answers appear quickly. Search engine visits will reach pages directly, without being stopped by a bot check. Before this work starts, we will look up where the site and other MiSide resources currently rank for common English and Russian searches such as wiki, map, cartridges, endings and achievements. Where a MiSide community or platform fits, we will publish useful descriptions and articles that link back to the site, only where they are relevant and allowed.

How to unlock achievements, reach endings, find cartridges and win minigames, on each page

Players most often ask where a cartridge is, how to unlock an achievement or what an ending needs. We plan to answer that on each entry's own page, using the game's own logic. - Achievement pages show the unlock condition, where and in which chapter it is awarded, and link the minigame, document or ending involved. - Ending pages list what is required, including things you must not do, and the safe password step. - Cartridge pages show the chapter and pickup spot on the first screen, with a link to its map point and the guide passage describing it. - Minigame pages explain the scoring rules in plain words and what you earn. Only confirmed facts appear, and each condition links to the entry it names.

Page addresses in your own language, with each Mita's localized name

A Russian or Polish player should see their own words in the address bar, such as the Russian section name and the Mita's Russian name, instead of a technical code like ACHI_none. We plan to give every page a readable address in each language the game supports, built from the game's own names. Where two entries share a name, the game's own distinctions tell them apart, and a code is used only when the game gives no name at all. Old addresses keep working and redirect to the new one in a single step. Switching language on an entry takes you to the same entry, and search results, map points and the site map all use the same addresses. English pages keep their current addresses.

Text sizes, buttons and hover effects on every MiSide page that match the game menus

Moving between a Mita page, a cartridge list and a guide should feel like one game menu: the same text size for the same kind of text, and the same hover, pressed and selected looks the game uses, with its plum background, candy-pink buttons and rounded cartridge cells. We plan to bring every page type in line: - titles that scale with your text settings - card grids that fit the space available and keep their size when filtered - links and cards that visibly press when clicked, with selectable description text - no empty fact panels and no decorative bars Achievement rows on minigame pages already got this treatment. Motion follows the game and never delays content, and reduced motion settings are respected.

Guides and news in every language MiSide supports, using the game's own names

We plan to publish each MiSide guide and news article in every language the game itself ships, so a Polish, Japanese or Turkish player can read them in full. Today they exist in English and Russian only. Each version is translated by meaning, not word by word. Every Mita, place and item uses the exact name the game uses in that language, and falls back to the game's English name only where the game does the same. Links inside a translated guide open entry pages in the same language. Each translation gets its own title and address, and no page mixes languages.

Arabic, Egyptian Arabic and Persian pages that read correctly from right to left

We plan to make the site read properly for Arabic, Egyptian Arabic and Persian players. Mita names, profiles, dialogue, book text and search results will appear in the right reading order, with Latin names, numbers and bracketed placeholders kept in their place inside the sentence. Page titles, link previews and preview cards will use the same corrected text. The side rail, cards, dialogue band, map pages and forms will flip to a right to left layout where direction matters. The game's own text is never altered. Where the correct order cannot be confirmed from the game, the line is shown exactly as the game stores it and noted for a later fix.

Filter lists by chapter or Mita, and search any entry by name in your language

We plan lists you can narrow by chapter, Mita or set, labelled with the game's own names, and a search box in the header that finds any entry by name in the language you are reading, showing its picture and type as you type. Every link on list, entry and guide pages will be ready to open instantly. Where a list is long enough to need pages, the page number and filters live in the address, so page three of a filtered list reloads and survives Back and Forward with the same rows. Changing a filter takes you back to page one. List headings will not show catalogue totals. A match count appears only once you start filtering.

PlannedComment

Search results and shared links that name exactly what you looked for, with its game picture

When a MiSide page appears in a search result or a shared link, it should show the thing you were looking for, with its picture from the game, and always lead to miside.wiki. We plan to give every page type a clear title, description and short answer in the page's language, with link previews using the entry's own game art. Technical leftovers such as internal codes, status words, catalogue totals and notes about how the site was built are being removed from pages and previews. Titles and the home page answer are already being fixed in each language. Every page will list its language versions correctly and appear once in the site map.

Mita, cartridge, guide and point pages that read comfortably on phones and tablets

Once the desktop pages are finished, we plan to make every page except the interactive map work well on phones and tablets. The side rail will fold into a header menu with the same tree of sections. Cards will reflow, dialogue and book views will stay readable, and forms will fit the screen. Point pages on small screens will show the location text and links without the map itself. Search and the language switch will work everywhere, nothing will scroll sideways, and no text will be smaller than 12 pixels. Loading speed and layout stability on phones will be measured for the home page, a Mita page and a guide.

Broken game data stopped before it can reach any MiSide page

Every way the site's pages are rebuilt from MiSide data now runs the same safety check first. If a piece of game data is missing, renamed, points at the wrong kind of entry, or would drop a connection between two entries, the rebuild refuses to continue and none of the pages you use change. The site no longer relies on fixed totals that go stale after an update. Counts of Mitas, cartridges, scenes and links come from the game data itself. Two full rebuilds from the same game version gave identical results, and seven kinds of deliberately broken data were all refused. Achievement, dialogue speaker and scene pages were checked afterwards in English, Russian and Polish and still lead where they should.
