Site data rebuilt cleanly from the game files, so every page matches the same game version

Every Mita, chapter, cartridge, achievement and ending page on the site now comes from one clean rebuild of the game's data. Running that rebuild twice produces exactly the same pages, so nothing on the site drifts between updates or depends on a leftover copy.

One earlier problem made chapter details on some achievements unreliable when a later step changed data an earlier step had already checked. The order is fixed, and the final checks now run on the finished data.

Corrections to game data are kept separately from what comes out of the game files. Fresh game updates are picked up on a regular schedule instead of on every small patch.
